One of the advantages of our new store site is the ability to log in and manage your own account information, review your past orders and download or even re-download add-on purchases. By maintaining your most current information, you will always remain informed of current updates for your program as well as all that is new and on sale at Biblesoft.
From the Biblesoft.com homepage, click the New tab you will find on the upper right side. After clicking, you will see two fill-in boxes; the first for your email and second for your password. For the email fill-in, enter the address at which you are currently receiving email from Biblesoft. If you are not receiving email from us, enter your customer number followed by @store.biblesoft.com. For your password, enter your customer number followed by PCSB. IMPORTANT: Your password must be entered in uppercase. When you have successfully logged on for the first time, you can visit the My Account area – found at the upper right of your screen – and establish a new password. Note your new password will be case-sensitive.
If you are unable to log in, please email Customer Service or call 1-866-722-4253 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST.
From the Biblesoft.com homepage, click the My Account tab you will find directly the Biblesoft.com banner on the upper left side. Click the continue button under New Customers and follow the instructions for establishing your new account.
Your customer number is located on the mailing panel of your latest Biblesoft News, above your name and address.
From the Biblesoft homepage, click Discover Version 5 to get information on new Version 5 program features; Video Demo for a live product; What's Included? for a chart comparing the Bibles and reference titles included in each library and Testimonials to find out what other users, from first-timers to professionals, are saying about PC Study Bible Version 5.
To find your link, login (if you are not already logged in) and go to your My Account page. Click on the Review orders/Track packages link and then on the Download files link on the right column. Click the text next to the animated arrow at the top of the page to start your download.
