Why do I need own a library product to purchase add-ons?

In order to get full use out of specialized add-on reference works, they must integrate with a library of basic Bibles and references.

The PC Study Bible software engine was established in 1988 as an easy-to-use study aid for personal computers. It’s grown from a simple software concordance to a full-fledged Bible study tool capable of quickly searching through and categorizing thousands of pages of Bible and reference work content. Now on Version 5, PC Study Bible offers an impressive array of Bible translations, original texts and the most-respected reference works – all in an intuitive and easy-to-learn program interface.

How can I tell what program library and version I’m registered with?

When logged in, and on your preferred customer page, your library code and version number will appear directly under your login identity.

The library codes are:

  • P = Professional Reference
  • A = Advanced Reference
  • C = Complete Reference
  • R = Reference Plus
  • N = New Reference
  • D = Discovery Reference

Version numbers will run between 2 and 5. If you see a combined version number such as 35 or 45, it means you are registered with the previous version library content and the current Version 5 program-only upgrade.
